Welcome to ShukrAI. These guidelines outline your rights and duties while using our spiritual tools. By interacting with our Vedic AI — through the app or shukrai.com — you confirm you have reviewed and accepted these conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Our offerings

ShukrAI is a spiritual engine providing Vedic insights and digital dharma — automated chart analysis, ancient-wisdom consultations, and pathfinding modules for conscious living. We craft a proprietary interface that merges modern technology with timeless practice for the digital seeker.

2. Ethical usage

• You must be of legal age, or have guardian oversight, to use the app.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for the safety of your login credentials.
• This tool is for individual exploration. Engage with high intent and avoid any behavior that diminishes the sacred digital atmosphere for other members.
• Do not use ShukrAI for harmful, deceptive, or illegal activity, and do not attempt to abuse, manipulate, or game its rewards, karma, or referral systems.

3. The nature of AI readings

ShukrAI uses machine learning to interpret classical manuscripts and your chart. This material is offered for personal reflection, curiosity, and growth.

4. Purchases & rewards

Some features are unlocked through in-app purchases (such as Sphatik), processed via Google Play Billing and subject to Google's terms. Purchases are for digital content delivered within the app.

Interactive events, leaderboards, and rewards on our platform are based on user engagement and are free to join; no payment increases your standing or chance of winning. All prizes are administered solely by ShukrAI. External platforms like Google are not sponsors of, or associated with, these spiritual activities.

5. Seva subscriptions & ritual services

ShukrAI Seva connects you with our partnered, verified pujaris and astrologers for real-world poojas, rituals, and remedial guidance performed in your name — a distinct offering from the in-app AI readings described above.

• Seva plans and one-time bookings are paid in Indian Rupees through a third-party payment processor (currently PayU) via UPI, card, netbanking, or UPI Autopay — not through Google Play Billing.
• Rituals are performed faithfully as per tradition by our partnered pujaris. No specific material outcome is promised, and Seva is never sold using fear-based tactics.
• Some Seva plans and one-time bookings include physical items — such as a consecrated Rudraksha mala, a Shree Yantra, prasad, bhasma, or ritual oil — shipped to the address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address; ShukrAI is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or by our courier partner.
• Seva subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via WhatsApp; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. UPI Autopay mandates can also be cancelled directly from any UPI app.

6. Content ownership

Every asset within ShukrAI — algorithmic insights, sacred-text structures, visual branding, and design elements — belongs to ShukrAI or its partners under applicable copyright protections. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and interact with the tools for your own enlightenment journey.

You own the personal details you input. The specific Vedic interpretations and AI-modeled responses remain the property of ShukrAI. Redrawing, reselling, or redistributing our outputs without explicit permission is not permitted.

7. Liability scope

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without specific performance guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShukrAI disclaims responsibility for indirect or consequential losses — including lost data or emotional distress — arising from your use of the service or any third-party interactions within it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total responsibility will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Policy updates

We may adjust these terms at our discretion. New versions will be posted here with a fresh date. Your continued use signifies agreement to the updated rules.
