Rewards — Terms & Conditions

The ShukrAI Rewards program is offered as a gift of gratitude, not an entitlement. By participating, you accept the following terms, which sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

• ShukrAI may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify, substitute, reduce, increase, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any reward, value, Sphatik amount, threshold, milestone, catalog item, promotion, or program described here, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice.
• All monetary (₹) values shown are approximate, indicative, and for illustration only. They do not represent a price, a cash equivalent, or any guarantee of resale or appraisal value.
• All rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. The actual item, stone, grade, origin, region, service, or date delivered may differ from what is shown or described.
• Sphatiks (💎) are an in-app digital currency for use within ShukrAI only. They are not money, not a stored-value or payment instrument, and are never redeemable, convertible, or exchangeable for cash. Sphatiks that are gifted, earned, or promotional may expire or be adjusted, and may carry different conditions from purchased Sphatiks.
• Karma/XP (⭐) is earned only through genuine practice and is used to climb your rank. Streaks (🔥) reflect days you have shown up; missing a qualifying day may reset a streak. The leaderboard and Arena are skill-based and cannot be bought — no purchase improves standing.
• Eligibility for every reward is subject to verification. ShukrAI may withhold, delay, reverse, or revoke any reward, reset karma/XP/Sphatik balances, and suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, manipulation, exploitation of bugs, duplicate or multiple accounts, device farming, clear-data re-farming, automation or bots, or any violation of these terms or the ShukrAI Terms of Use. ShukrAI's determination in all such matters is final and binding.
• Referrals are subject to fair-use guardrails: a maximum of 5 qualifying referrals per referrer per day; one referral reward per device, ever; only newly created accounts can be referred (an account is ineligible to be referred once it is more than 1 day old); a friend must link a verified Google account and view a first reading to qualify; and self-referrals and same-device referrals are blocked. Anonymous accounts do not qualify.
• Limited and first-N rewards — including the Founding Sadhaka / Lucky Pass tier (capped at approximately 1,000 redemptions) and the Energized Rashi Gemstone (strictly the first 7 qualifying recipients) — are awarded first-come, first-served and end permanently once their cap is reached or the promotion is closed. 'Lifetime' benefits last for the life of the relevant program or membership and may end if the program is discontinued.
• Physical rewards require a valid recipient name, phone number, and shipping address. This information is collected and used solely to fulfil and ship your reward, is never sold, and is handled in line with the ShukrAI Privacy Policy. Shipping times vary; some regions may be excluded; and any taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional and goodwill grants (for example, the Founding Gift) are one-time, cohort-specific, and entirely at ShukrAI's discretion; they create no entitlement to any future grant.
• Challenges, leaderboards, and the Arena are skill-based and free to enter; no purchase is necessary and no purchase improves standing. These programs are run independently of Google, Apple, and any app store: they are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of them, and all prizes are provided and administered solely by ShukrAI. Any questions, claims, or disputes regarding rewards must be directed to ShukrAI, not to the app store.
• Rewards are intended for individual personal use and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. ShukrAI is not responsible for losses arising from device, network, app-store, or third-party service issues outside its reasonable control.
• These reward terms supplement, and are governed by, the ShukrAI Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict, the ShukrAI Terms of Use prevail.
