ShukrAI is built by a small team, so there is no call centre and no ticket number. Mail goes to a person. Below is the fastest route for each kind of request, because a few of them are handled by a page rather than a reply.
Everything to do with the app, your readings, your account, payments and refunds. This is the general address and the right one if you are not sure.
Press, media and interview requests. The full kit, founder story, fast facts and images are on the press page.
Four of the most common requests are handled by a page instead of an inbox, and going straight there is faster than waiting for a reply that only sends you the same link.
| What you need | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Delete my account and data | Account deletion |
| A refund, or a charge you did not expect | Refund policy |
| Apply to read as an astrologer | Become an astrologer |
| How Sphatiks, Divya Pass or Pro work | The full guide |
| Anything else | namaste@shukrai.com |
If the question is about astrology rather than about ShukrAI, the community is usually a better place to ask than an inbox.
The email address you signed in with, and the date and rough time of whatever went wrong. For a payment question, the amount and the last four digits of the order or transaction id. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
Check your birth details first, especially the time and the place, since a wrong birth time moves the lagna and changes the whole chart. You can re-cast free on the Kundli page. If the details are right and the reading still looks off, write in and say which placement you think is wrong.
Not for support. Paid voice and chat consultations with verified astrologers happen inside the app, where the astrologer has your chart open in front of them.
ShukrAI operates online and does not run a walk-in office, so email is the way to reach us. For anything that legally needs a written address, ask on namaste@shukrai.com and it will be provided.
Yes. Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Tamil and English are all fine.
